Not Your Keys, Not Your Coins
Leaving thousands of dollars on a gambling site is a recipe for disaster. Sites can go down, get hacked, or ban accounts. Always withdraw to a non-custodial wallet immediately after a big win. If you don't control the seed phrase, you don't own the money.
Hardware Wallets: The Ultimate Shield
Invest in a Ledger or Trezor. These devices ensure your private keys never touch the internet, making them immune to most remote hacks. For any amount over $1,000, a $70 hardware wallet is cheap insurance.
Phishing Awareness
Scammers often impersonate support staff on Discord or Twitter. Remember: No admin will EVER ask for your seed phrase. If they do, they are a scammer. Block and report immediately. Also, be wary of "dusting attacks" where small amounts of crypto appear in your wallet to track your identity.
